How we look after you
Behind every service sit three things we care about most: IT that stops going wrong, data that can always be recovered, and a business that is ready for cybercrime.

Support
Problem-Free IT
Get on with running your business without constantly fire fighting IT problems.

Security
Protection from Cybercrime
Be prepared, so you can always recover your business critical information.
How we work with you
A review
We look at your PCs, server, email, accounts and backups, and tell you plainly what we would change and why.
A project
A defined piece of work, such as moving to Microsoft 365, replacing PCs or retiring an old server, with the scope and cost agreed up front.
A monthly plan
Ongoing monitoring, a help desk and tested backups, from £129 a month. The plan you choose decides how much we take off your hands.
Who we work with
Small businesses and organisations without an IT department of their own, including:
- Charities and not for profit groups
- Clinics and health practices
- Nurseries and childcare
- Professional offices and family businesses
What we need from you
- A named contact who can make decisions
- Access to your systems and accounts, handled securely
- A list of the data and systems you cannot work without
- An honest picture of what is not working
Our steps for working together
- A first conversation You tell us what is getting in the way. We ask questions and listen.
- A look at your setup We check what you have and write down what we find.
- A clear proposal What we recommend, in what order, and what it costs. No surprises later.
- The work Urgent fixes first, then the rest of the plan, with the least disruption to your day.
- Ongoing care Monitoring, backups and a help desk on your monthly plan, and a regular check that the plan still fits.
Where to start, if you are not sure
Start with the thing that worries you most. For many businesses that is the question: if our main computer failed tomorrow, could we get our data back? If you do not know the answer, that is where we would begin.
If everything works but you are tired of the same problems returning, look at Problem-Free IT. If you are still on Windows 10 or an old server, start with Windows Support.
