Our aim is to let you get on with running your business without constantly fire fighting IT problems.

There is hardly a business in the country that does not use computers, tablets and smart phones every single day. Without internet access, nothing gets done. When you have a computer problem, everything can stop.
Yet many small businesses do not have much in-house IT knowledge, and can feel helpless and isolated when problems strike. And they do strike, much more often than you would like.
What problem-free looks like
One number to call
A help desk that knows your setup, so you explain the problem once.
Fixed properly, once
The cause is found and dealt with, so the same fault does not come back next week.
Backups that work
Checked daily and tested for real, not just assumed to be running.
Protection that is watched
Antivirus, anti-malware and log reviews that someone actually looks at.
Passwords under control
Accounts, passwords and access managed, including when people join and leave.
Help on site when needed
Our Gold plan adds onsite visits for problems that need someone in the room.
Why the same problems keep coming back
Over the years we have been amazed at the inefficiency many businesses put up with because of IT problems they do not know how to fix.
Most small businesses do not have an IT department to keep things running. Often they rely on a friend of a friend, someone who knows a little more than they do. And the problems keep coming.
How we approach it
- Look at the big picture first How IT is managed today, if at all, and what the current problems are.
- Check the things that matter Hardware, software, the websites you use, your email, and where your important data lives.
- Check the backups How data is backed up, where, whether restores have been tested, and how you would recover from a major loss.
- Fix it properly What needs fixing now is done in a way that stops it recurring, not just patched until the next call.
- Keep it running A monthly plan keeps an eye on everything and gives your team someone to call.
Our aim is to make our clients more efficient and problem free every day, not just replace a PC or a printer and run away to the next call.
Three monthly plans
Every plan includes daily backup health monitoring, antivirus and anti-malware scanning, and firewall and event log reviews.

- Silver, £179 a month. Adds the help desk, backup management, password management and file recovery.

Questions we are often asked
What happens in the first month?
We look at everything, fix what is urgent, and write down how your IT is set up, so nothing depends on one person’s memory.
Can we start with a review before committing to a plan?
Talk to us. We are happy to look at where you stand and tell you plainly what we would change.
Do you replace our existing IT person?
That is up to you. If someone in your team looks after IT part time, talk to us about how we could fit in around them.
How do we get help when something breaks?
Call our HelpLine on 01252 686 513. Many problems can be fixed straight away through a secure remote support session.
